Questions people ask
Is the Kitchen Studio free?
Yes. Designing, redrawing and saving the picture cost nothing. If you tap Get this kitchen priced, one kitchen company in your area rings you to measure up and quote, and you decide from there.
Why do you ask for my number before showing the design?
So we can text you your design to show kitchen fitters, and so the company that prices it can reach you if you ask. We never pass it to a list of companies.
What photo works best?
Stand in a corner of the kitchen and get as much of the room in as you can, in landscape, with the lights on. Any phone photo works. You can also start on one of our example kitchens.
Can I change the design after it's drawn?
Yes. Ask the designer, for example to make the island bigger, try warmer wood or brass handles, and it redraws your latest version. Each one is kept, so you can flip back.
Is the picture exactly what I'll get?
No. It is an illustration drawn by AI on your own photo. The company that measures up checks what fits your room, where the plumbing and electrics are, and what it costs.
