30% of Donegal homes were built between 2001 and 2010 (Ireland: 25%), so many still have the kitchen the house came with. Where the units are sound, a respray from €700 or new doors and a worktop for €1,350 to €3,600 is worth pricing before a new kitchen. Remodel or refresh sets out the choice.
New homes and one-off houses
